Overview of Products

The Products page allows you to manage all products sourced from your suppliers and use them to organise compliance requirements within your supply chain.

Products help you move from general supplier compliance to product-level compliance management. By linking products to suppliers and requirement rules, you can request documents only when they are relevant to a specific product.

Within the Products page, you can:

  • Create and manage your product portfolio

  • Connect products to organisations (suppliers)

  • Use products in product-specific requirement rules

  • Organise products using tags

  • Define seasonality per country

  • Add supplier-specific product identifiers

  • Upload products individually or in bulk

Using products allows you to send more targeted document requests, reducing unnecessary communication with suppliers while improving compliance monitoring.

Products can be added manually or imported in bulk and can be linked directly to suppliers in your supply chain.

If your organisation does not use product-based requirement rules, setting up products is optional.
