The Compliance Overview provides a central view of document compliance across your supply chain. It helps you quickly see which documents meet your requirements and which may need attention.

This overview allows you to monitor supplier compliance and identify missing, expiring, or expired documents based on your active requirement rules.

What the Compliance Overview shows

The Compliance Overview displays compliance information for organisations in your supply chain.

It shows:

  • Which required documents are available

  • Which documents are missing

  • Which documents are expiring soon

  • Which documents are expired

This allows you to quickly identify where follow-up may be needed.

Required documents and available documents

The Compliance Overview includes two main views.

Required documents

The Required documents view shows document compliance based on your requirement rules.

Each organisation is evaluated against the required documents defined in those rules. The overview highlights whether the required documents are valid, missing, expiring, or expired.

Available documents

The Available documents view shows all documents currently stored for a selected organisation.

This allows you to review documents independently of requirement rules.

The Compliance Overview helps you:
