Overview of User Settings

The User settings section allows you to manage your personal preferences and access within the platform. These settings apply only to your individual account.

You can access User settings from your profile menu.


User profile

In the User profile tab, you can:

  • Update your name and contact details
  • Change your password
  • Adjust personal account information

Accounts

If you have access to multiple company accounts, the Accounts tab allows you to:

  • Switch between accounts
  • View the organisations you are connected to

This is useful if you work across multiple business entities.


Notifications

In the Notifications tab, you can control:

  • Email notifications
  • Request alerts
  • Reminder emails
  • Other system updates

Adjust these settings to match your preferred communication frequency.
