# Overview of User Settings
The **User settings** section allows you to manage your personal preferences and access within the platform. These settings apply only to your individual account.
You can access User settings from your profile menu.

#### User profile
In the User profile tab, you can:
- Update your name and contact details
- Change your password
- Adjust personal account information

#### Accounts
If you have access to multiple company accounts, the Accounts tab allows you to:
- Switch between accounts
- View the organisations you are connected to

#### Notifications
In the Notifications tab, you can control:
- Email notifications
- Request alerts
- Reminder emails
- Other system updates
Adjust these settings to match your preferred communication frequency.
