Settings page:

  • The list of connections in the Settings page has been reordered to improve clarity and highlight higher-priority integrations like BRCGS and BioC.

  • Cards with an active connection now show a green settings cog, making it easier to identify which ones are editable or deletable.
  • Improved button text visibility on smaller screens to avoid truncation.

Supplier upload page:

  • For users not on Chain, the help icon on the supplier upload page has been updated to a clear “Help” button, making it easier to find guidance on how to complete upload requests.

Organizations tables:

  • You can now view product tags alongside organisation tags in separate tabs
  • As a user, you can edit and delete product tags, just like organisation tags
  • You can merge product tags when renaming them to an existing tag, helping you keep the list clean.

Tags catalogue page:

  • Removed the User settings and Account settings categorization and merged them in to a single section named Settings

Water Risk Regions filters:

  • Now the filters will display also the value ranges for each categorization:
    • Very low risk (1.0 <= x <= 1.8)
    • Low risk (1.8 < x <= 2.6)
    • Medium risk (2.6 < x <= 3.4)
    • High risk (3.4 < x <= 4.2)
    • Very high risk (4.2 < x <= 5.0)
  • For the SIFAV Reporting: Overall water risk filter the following values are displayed:
    • Very low risk (1.0 <= x <= 1.8)
    • Low risk (1.8 < x <= 2.6)
    • Medium risk (2.6 < x <= 2.8)
    • High risk (2.8 < x <= 4.2)

Bugs:

  • Fixed a bug that was causing products not to be recognized when creating a Custom assessment with a non-English account language (e.g., Spanish). 
  • Fixed an issue where Custify was still using old private bookmarking data. The correct data is now shown for CST in Custify.
  • Fixed a bug where previously archived documents remained hidden after turning off the automatic archiving feature. Archived documents are now visible again when the toggle is disabled.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Archived” banner was not displayed when opening a document from the Requirements or All requirements page. Archived documents now show the correct visual indicator.
  • Fixed a navigation bug where pressing the back button after editing a document in the Organisation details > Documents tab did not return users to the Organisations page. Users are now redirected correctly. 
  • Fixed an issue where public documents uploaded through the Public Profile section did not display the globe icon. These documents now correctly show the icon both in Public Profile and My Documents, ensuring users can identify all public documents.
  • Fixed a bug where valid documents were remaining archived even after their expiry date was corrected. If a document is no longer expired, it will now be automatically removed from the archive.
  • Fixed a bug that was causing users to not be able to hide the Water Risk columns in the Compliance overview pages

  • The Supply Chain table now preserves previously loaded rows when you navigate away and return, so you don’t lose your place.

    Organisation Connections:
  • Once a BRC connection is set up or a BRC identifier is added to an organisation, the system now automatically runs a fetch task to get the latest data without needing manual action.

Update expiry date of documents in bulk

  • Users can now update in bulk the expiry date of documents by using the Change expiry date button in th following documents tables:
    • Supplier documents page
    • My documents page
    • Documents tab of Organisation details page
    • Documents tab of Product details page
  • System generated documents do not support this functionality. 
  • If a system generated document is selected the Change expiry date button will be grayed out and the following text will be displayed on hover: "Editing expiry dates of system documents is not permitted"
