🧩 GLOBALG.A.P. (Agraya) API Update

Dear user,

We’ve successfully completed our migration to the new GLOBALG.A.P. (Agraya) system! You should now see the latest documents and certificate details in Simvia.

If you’re using a Private Bookmarking account, please read the section below carefully - it includes important information about which credentials to use for your connection.

🔐 Clarification on API Credentials

GLOBALG.A.P. provides two sets of login credentials:

1. Private Bookmarking login credentials - used to access your regular account
2. API credentials - required to connect Simvia to your GLOBALG.A.P. data (API username follows this format: api_scp@<number>.com)

We’ve noticed that some clients haven’t yet received their API credentials.

If that’s the case, please contact customer_support@agraya.com to request them.

➡️ Important: Use your API credentials (not your regular login) when connecting Agriplace.

This ensures we can retrieve restricted certificate data from GLOBALG.A.P. on your behalf.

⚠️ Known Issues on GLOBALG.A.P.’s Side

We’ve escalated two issues to GLOBALG.A.P. ****that are currently being resolved on their side:

• Large data requests

  When requesting large groups of GGNs, some queries may fail due to data size limits.

  Temporary workaround: We’re fetching data in smaller batches to reduce errors. This may slightly slow down updates until a permanent fix is implemented.

• Option 2 certificates

  Some certificates for main certificate holders aren’t being retrieved correctly.

✅ What’s Already Improved

• Migration complete
  • All existing documents have been moved to the new structure.
  • All available public certificate data has been fetched.
  • Once you add your API credentials, restricted certificate data will also sync automatically.

• Public API alignment

  We’ve reviewed how GLOBALG.A.P. data flows through our Public API and into your ERP system. Several fixes have already been released, and we’ll continue improving based on your feedback. Thank you to everyone who’s shared input!

• Data stability

  We’ve made several improvements to ensure your data is more complete, consistent, and up to date.
