GlobalG.A.P. (Agraya) Update
Connecting your private bookmarking account
You can now connect your Agraya private bookmarking account to Simvia. This requires API-specific credentials issued directly by Agraya, which is separate from your usual Supply Chain Portal login credentials.
If you have not received your API-credentials, please request these by emailing api_support@agraya.com, which goes directly to their API team.
There are also currently some limitations to the new Agraya API we would like to make you aware of:
- Conversion of GGN → GLN notifications is not yet supported through the API. Agraya has told us they are working on this for a future update.
- Certificate expiry inconsistencies may appear between their new and old system while they finish migrating some data to their new system. They’ve shared with us that this will be resolved shortly.
You can find more information on requesting your credentials in our Help Centre guide.
Smarter Water Risk Filtering with the Latest WWF WRF2024 Data
You can now use the WWF Water Risk Filter 2024 data across your tables. This builds on the automatic region detection already active in your account, speeding up how you assess, mitigate and report on water risk.
Benefits:
- Automatically trigger document requests for suppliers in WRF2024 high water-risk regions.
- Flexibly filter using WRF2024 or keep WRF2021 for year-on-year performance tracking.
- The organisations’ export now includes all water-risk datasets and active scores for easier reporting.
Note: Updates to the Sustainability Risk Assessment (SRA) module for water risk will follow in January 2026.
Manage Supply Chains your way
We’ve heard your feedback concerning supply chain management: You can now either build your supply chains bottom-up or top-down by adding organisations above or below.
Benefits:
- More flexibility and efficiency in mapping your supply chain
Map supply chains by adding customers on top of a selected organisation

Stronger passwords and enforced two-factor authentication
We’ve improved account security measures. We now require new passwords to be more complex and account owners can choose to enforce multi-factor authentication for their organisation. You can find this option on the Account settings page.
Benefits:
- Stronger protection against unauthorised access or data breaches
- Better security control for account owners
New passwords have more complexity requirements
