Requirement Statuses Explained
The All requirements page gives you a real-time overview of the compliance status of every requirement generated from your requirement rules.
You can find it under:
Requirements → All requirements
Each line represents one requirement for a specific organisation (and product, if applicable).
The three requirement statuses
There are three possible statuses:
🟢 Compliant
All required and valid documents are available.
No action is needed.
🟡 Partially compliant
Some required documents are available and valid, but at least one document is:
- Missing
- Expired
- Expiring soon
- Rejected
Action is required to become fully compliant.
🔴 Not compliant
None of the required documents are valid or available.
This typically means documents are missing or expired and requests may need to be sent or followed up.
Filtering by status
You can easily filter your overview:
- Click Add filter
- Select Status
- Choose one or more of the following:

This allows you to quickly focus on the organisations that require attention.
