Using PRO Trial for Organisations
With a free Simvia account, you can temporarily upgrade up to 10 organisations to PRO Trial. This allows you to explore PRO functionality before deciding on a full upgrade.
When does the PRO Trial option become available?
The PRO Trial button becomes available once:
- You have at least three organisations in your account, and
- These organisations have recognised identifiers added (such as GGN, COID, QS ID, BRC Site Code, etc.)
It does not matter whether these organisations are already active Simvia users. The only requirement is that at least three organisations in your account contain valid identifiers.
Once this condition is met, the PRO Trial option will appear automatically.
What happens after upgrading?
After upgrading an organisation to PRO Trial:
- The organisation will be marked with a PRO label in your overview.
- You can access additional PRO features.
- You can view and review public documents shared by that organisation.
Upgrading an organisation to PRO Trial
To start a PRO Trial:
- Open the PRO Trial page.
- Click Try PRO benefits for free.
- Select the organisations you want to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade to confirm.
You can upgrade up to 10 organisations at the same time.
Reviewing public documents from PRO organisations
PRO organisations can share public documents, such as certificates or compliance documents.
How to access public documents
- Open the organisation.
- Go to Documents.
- Select Public documents.
Here you can see all documents the organisation has chosen to share.
Reviewing a shared document
When a document is available for review:
- Click Review.
- Check the document details (e.g. document type, validity, expiry date).
- Choose Accept or Reject.
If you accept the document:
- It is automatically added to your Supplier Documents.
- It becomes part of your compliance overview and can be used in Requirement Rules.
